Licensed Psychologist, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Jacki is a licensed psychologist in MN and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been with Behavioral Dimensions since September 2000 years and spent 10 years as the Clinical Director developing and coordinating the development of the clinical systems and curricula used presently with our young clients. Currently, Jacki is the lead Mental Health Professional for the EIBI program, and is also enrolled in the EIDBI (Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention) program funded by Minnesota Department of Human Services as a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) and Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE) provider. Jacki also provides clinical supervision to graduate students pursuing their BCBA certification and is also an approved supervisor for the Board of Behavioral Health for individuals pursuing LPCC certification.

Jacki has extensive experience in the assessment and development of language and social skills intervention packages, customized programming focusing on functional communication skills, the reduction of severe and persistent behavioral issues, interventions to remediate executive functioning deficits, and customized family supports.

Licensed Psychologist, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D)

Dr. Elizabeth Hooks is a Licensed Psychologist (LP) and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She graduated from Ball State University with a Doctorate in School Psychology in 2017. She completed her internship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD, and her post-doctoral training at Fraser in Minneapolis, MN.

Dr. Hooks joined Behavioral Dimensions in October 2018 to develop the Critical Care Unit for Behavioral Supports (CCUBS) program. She specializes in working with children and adolescents with behavioral concerns, individuals with developmental disabilities, and parents of children with special needs. She uses a wholistic approach and person-centered planning to create meaningful goals for the individual and their family. Treatment approaches that are commonly utilized are evidence-based behavioral therapies, including exposure and response prevention, behavioral activation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to improve the quality of life for the individual and their family.

Dr. Hooks is the director of Critical Care services. She directly oversees care to CCUBS clients, provides supervision and training to staff, and collaborates with outside agencies. She also provides therapy and behavioral consultation services to parents of children with special needs, both in-home and using tele-health or video conferencing services.

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Claire is the Clinical Director for Behavioral Dimensions. She has 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and other disabilities in home, school, clinic, and community settings. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She then went on to receive her Master’s degree in behavior analysis at the University of North Texas and has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2010.

Claire joined Behavioral Dimensions in 2013 and currently provides program oversight, ensuring overall quality of clinical practices, interventions, and programs across the company. She also assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating treatment programs and behavioral strategies. Claire coordinates and provides additional support as needed, including assisting in functional assessments/analyses and developing positive behavior support plans. Her other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, staff training, parent training, collaborating with outside providers, and supervising senior clinical team members.

Mental Health Practitioner

Trish joined Behavioral Dimensions in November of 2001 and is currently the Director of Staff Development. She has spent her career at Behavioral Dimensions working directly with clients and their families as well as training and supporting staff in Applied Behavior Analysis techniques throughout the metro area as well as parts of northern Minnesota. Trish assists clients in transitioning from our Intensive Behavioral Intervention program to school as well as helping families learn strategies using applied behavior analysis to successfully manage their day-to-day living. She also works with staff at various levels to continue training and support as needed in order for the staff to reach their individual goals at Behavioral Dimensions. She is a graduate of Bismarck State University (formerly Bismarck Junior College).

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Lisa Taylor has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since 2018 year and is a Clinical Supervisor. Lisa was first trained by Behavioral Dimensions 11 years ago and worked as a Clinical Director for an in-home ABA provider in California, serving children and adults with autism and other disabilities to achieve significant progress. She resides in and serves children with autism in South Carolina. Lisa conducts assessments, collaborates with insurance companies and outside agencies, assists in the training and development of staff, designs programs, provides clinical support to staff and clients, and provides training to family members in South Carolina.

Mental Health Practitioner

Colleen has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since September 2002. She provides training for staff, works directly with clients and their families and assists with clinical support as a Program Implementation Manager on our St. Cloud and Alexandria teams. Colleen came to Behavioral Dimensions with over 20 years of experience working with children who have autism, developmental and physical disabilities, emotional/behavioral disturbances and medically fragile children. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, group homes, residential facilities and was a licensed daycare provider for children with special needs. Colleen feels each child and family has added to her knowledge and is grateful for the opportunity to work with them.

Mental Health Practitioner

Mike joined Behavioral Dimensions in 2009 and is the Program Implementation Manager for the East Metro area. He has provided services for adults and children with autism for 15 years, starting his career working with teenagers and adults with significant behavioral and cognitive disabilities.  At Behavioral Dimensions Mike is responsible for training our Behavior Therapists, Associate Parent Support Specialists, and Senior Therapists, working one on one with clients, and providing support to families.   

Amy has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since March 2005 and is the Staffing Coordinator and a Senior Therapist. Before coming to BDI Amy worked with adults in a day treatment program at Metropolitan Community Mental Health Center which is also where her practicum was completed for her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Bethel College. Amy works on the east side of the metro area. Amy is responsible for the hiring of staff which includes interviewing and setting up the on-boarding of new staff. Amy also continues to work one on one with children and provides training to the families that she works with.

Revenue Cycle Management

Traci has worked in the medical billing field for over 30 years across several specialties, and has an extensive background in electronic claims billing and revenue cycle management. She brought this experience to Behavioral Dimensions beginning in 2005, helping successfully navigate BDI through the ever-changing landscape of mental health billing, with a focus on autism benefits, programs and policies. Traci implements and utilizes the latest revenue cycle management procedures and training methods, as well as state-of-the-art technology, to guarantee precise billing, strict client confidentiality and accurate reimbursement. In that capacity, Traci remains focused on overseeing the continued growth of Behavioral Dimensions, as part of a dedicated team providing a much-needed healthcare service to the community she is privileged to serve.

Naly has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since March 2008 and is a Clinical Supervisor for the East metro. She received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Before coming to Behavioral Dimensions Naly worked with adults with developmental disabilities in group homes for 5 years. At Behavioral Dimensions she provides support to teams of staff and clients. Naly assists with staff training, parent training and works one-on-one with the clients. Currently, Naly is pursuing her certification in Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
