About the BDI Team
At Behavioral Dimensions our main mission is to bring children’s language and social skills up to age level. BDI focuses on our team members because the best way to help more children is with our motivated team. At Behavioral Dimensions we can proudly say that we have 21 team members who have been working with us for over ten years!
Our Team

Jay O’Neill, BS
Jay is the President for Behavioral Dimensions. He and colleagues founded Behavioral Dimensions in 1997. He has a degree from the University of Minnesota in Therapeutic Recreation. For over 30 years Jay has worked with children and adults with a variety of abilities. At Behavioral Dimensions Jay has focused on working with children with autism helping to develop the Intensive Behavioral Intervention service. Jay has also assisted in the development of services targeting school age children who are in or near crisis. Jay has been involved in developing training to help families learn skills to keep their children at home and to improve the lives of families. He has participated in developing many of the staff hiring, training, and evaluating practices used at Behavioral Dimensions. Jay is also involved in working with other agencies and the Department of Human Services impacting legislation designed to get more services to more families.

Nancy Rueckl Jones, MA, LP, BCBA
Licensed Psychologist, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Nancy received her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University and is a Licensed Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Nancy is one of the original members of Behavioral Dimensions going back to 1997. She has over 35 years of experience working with children and adults with challenging behavioral issues and complex learning problems. Nancy provides consultation services to families, schools, residential programs, and vocational programs across 8 counties in MN, specifically the south metro. She has worked extensively with individuals on the Autism spectrum and with children and adults with Down’s Syndrome, ADHD, Oppositional defiant disorder, Obsessive compulsive disorder, and Mood disorders. Nancy also focuses on educating interdisciplinary teams to ensure the most comprehensive positive behavioral supports for the person experiencing behavioral challenges.

Michaela Gehring, MA, BCBA
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Michaela received her Master’s degree from Saint Mary’s University in Counseling and Psychological services and is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for 20 years. Michaela previously worked with adults with developmental disabilities, assisting them with life skills within their homes. She has worked for Behavioral Dimensions since June 2005 and is a Clinical Supervisor for the South and East Metro. As a Clinical Supervisor, she provides clinical support to a team of staff and clients. Michaela is currently pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Beth Isakson, BS, BCaBA
Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Beth was the first line staff hired by Behavioral Dimensions in June 1998. She is Associate Clinical Director at Behavioral Dimensions. Beth received her Bachelor of Science degree from Universality of Wisconsin-River Falls. Beth works with the Mental Health Professional and Clinical Director to ensure the quality of BDI’s program is implemented across all sites. Beth specializes in helping children reach their best outcome by identifying strategies to improve rate of learning and strategies to reduce frequency of aberrant behavior. Beth assists in developing and evaluating BDI’s standard curriculum and resources within the IBI program.

Randal Westergard, MS, BCBA
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Clinical Trainee Randal received her master’s degree from Saint Mary’s University in Counseling and Psychological services and from Ball State University in Applied Behavior Analysis. She specializes in working with children and adolescents with behavioral concerns, individuals with developmental disabilities, and parents of children with special needs. Randal joined Behavioral Dimensions in July 2018 to help develop the Critical Care for Behavioral Supports (CCUBS) program with Dakota County. As a Clinical Professional, she provides therapy and behavioral consultation services to parents of children with special needs. Randal is currently pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Sarah Brixius, BES, BCaBA
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Sarah Brixius has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since November 2010 and is a Clinical Supervisor in the St. Cloud, MN area. Prior to working at Behavioral Dimensions, Sarah worked for 6 years with adolescents with developmental disabilities in group homes and supervised a residential crisis unit for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness in need of immediate assistance. At Behavioral Dimensions Sarah provides clinical support to teams of staff and clients, assists with curricular development, works directly with children and their families, and assists in the ongoing training and development of staff members. Sarah is a Board-Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and is currently pursing her Masters of Education.

Lindsay Kitner
Mental Health Practitioner
Lindsay Kitner is a Program Implementation Manager and joined Behavioral Dimensions in October 2002. Lindsay provides services in the north and western suburbs of the twin cities. Lindsay assists in the training and development of various levels of staff working with Behavioral Dimensions. Lindsay participates in the treatment plan and curricular development and implementation needed for each child’s individualized needs. Lindsay works directly with children in the Intensive Behavioral Intervention (IBI) and Focused Behavioral Intervention (FBI) programs using applied behavior analysis techniques to teach language, social, and behavioral development. Lindsay also provides support and training to family members on using general interaction strategies with their child to reduce challenging behaviors, teach appropriate communication, build independence, and generalize acquired skills outside of therapy sessions.

Dianne Beckendorf, BS
Dianne has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since 2018 and is the Regional Director, Senior Therapist for Behavioral Dimensions in the Marshall area. For the past 28 years Dianne has worked with children and adults with a variety of abilities in their homes and communities focusing on children and young adults with Autism, and behavioral supports. In the Marshall area, Dianne assists in working with children with autism delivering the Intensive Behavioral Intervention services, leading a team of therapist, and collaborating with area agencies to provide services and supports for children with Autism in the area. Dianne assists in the training and development of staff, delivers 1:1 service with children and provides training and supports to family members.

Katy Prissel

Mindy Marty, BS
Mindy has worked at Behavioral Dimension since September 2006. Mindy has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of St. Katherine and is currently in school to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst through Arizona State University. Mindy started at Behavioral Dimensions as a Behavior Therapist and over the years has had the opportunity to work in many different positions. She started as a Behavior Therapist, moved to an Associate Parent Support Specialist, was a Senior Therapist, was promoted to an Assistant Team Lead, and is now a Clinical Supervisor. As a Clinical Supervisor Mindy provides clinical support to staff and clients, works directly with kids and their families/caregivers and assists with on-going staff development and training.

Jacqueline M. Harth MS, LP, BCBA
Licensed Psychologist, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Jacki is a licensed psychologist in MN and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been with Behavioral Dimensions since September 2000 years and spent 10 years as the Clinical Director developing and coordinating the development of the clinical systems and curricula used presently with our young clients. Currently, Jacki is the lead Mental Health Professional for the EIBI program, and is also enrolled in the EIDBI (Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention) program funded by Minnesota Department of Human Services as a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) and Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE) provider. Jacki also provides clinical supervision to graduate students pursuing their BCBA certification and is also an approved supervisor for the Board of Behavioral Health for individuals pursuing LPCC certification.
Jacki has extensive experience in the assessment and development of language and social skills intervention packages, customized programming focusing on functional communication skills, the reduction of severe and persistent behavioral issues, interventions to remediate executive functioning deficits, and customized family supports.

Dr. Elizabeth Hooks Ph.D, LP, BCBA-D
Licensed Psychologist, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D)
Dr. Elizabeth Hooks is a Licensed Psychologist (LP) and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She graduated from Ball State University with a Doctorate in School Psychology in 2017. She completed her internship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD, and her post-doctoral training at Fraser in Minneapolis, MN.
Dr. Hooks joined Behavioral Dimensions in October 2018 to develop the Critical Care Unit for Behavioral Supports (CCUBS) program. She specializes in working with children and adolescents with behavioral concerns, individuals with developmental disabilities, and parents of children with special needs. She uses a wholistic approach and person-centered planning to create meaningful goals for the individual and their family. Treatment approaches that are commonly utilized are evidence-based behavioral therapies, including exposure and response prevention, behavioral activation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to improve the quality of life for the individual and their family.
Dr. Hooks is the director of Critical Care services. She directly oversees care to CCUBS clients, provides supervision and training to staff, and collaborates with outside agencies. She also provides therapy and behavioral consultation services to parents of children with special needs, both in-home and using tele-health or video conferencing services.

Claire Anderson, MS, BCBA
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Claire is the Clinical Director for Behavioral Dimensions. She has 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and other disabilities in home, school, clinic, and community settings. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She then went on to receive her Master’s degree in behavior analysis at the University of North Texas and has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2010.
Claire joined Behavioral Dimensions in 2013 and currently provides program oversight, ensuring overall quality of clinical practices, interventions, and programs across the company. She also assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating treatment programs and behavioral strategies. Claire coordinates and provides additional support as needed, including assisting in functional assessments/analyses and developing positive behavior support plans. Her other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, staff training, parent training, collaborating with outside providers, and supervising senior clinical team members.

Trish Wolff
Mental Health Practitioner
Trish joined Behavioral Dimensions in November of 2001 and is currently the Director of Staff Development. She has spent her career at Behavioral Dimensions working directly with clients and their families as well as training and supporting staff in Applied Behavior Analysis techniques throughout the metro area as well as parts of northern Minnesota. Trish assists clients in transitioning from our Intensive Behavioral Intervention program to school as well as helping families learn strategies using applied behavior analysis to successfully manage their day-to-day living. She also works with staff at various levels to continue training and support as needed in order for the staff to reach their individual goals at Behavioral Dimensions. She is a graduate of Bismarck State University (formerly Bismarck Junior College).

Lisa Taylor, MS, BCBA
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Lisa Taylor has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since 2018 year and is a Clinical Supervisor. Lisa was first trained by Behavioral Dimensions 11 years ago and worked as a Clinical Director for an in-home ABA provider in California, serving children and adults with autism and other disabilities to achieve significant progress. She resides in and serves children with autism in South Carolina. Lisa conducts assessments, collaborates with insurance companies and outside agencies, assists in the training and development of staff, designs programs, provides clinical support to staff and clients, and provides training to family members in South Carolina.

Colleen Friedrich
Mental Health Practitioner
Colleen has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since September 2002. She provides training for staff, works directly with clients and their families and assists with clinical support as a Program Implementation Manager on our St. Cloud and Alexandria teams. Colleen came to Behavioral Dimensions with over 20 years of experience working with children who have autism, developmental and physical disabilities, emotional/behavioral disturbances and medically fragile children. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, group homes, residential facilities and was a licensed daycare provider for children with special needs. Colleen feels each child and family has added to her knowledge and is grateful for the opportunity to work with them.

Mike Gunter
Mental Health Practitioner
Mike joined Behavioral Dimensions in 2009 and is the Program Implementation Manager for the East Metro area. He has provided services for adults and children with autism for 15 years, starting his career working with teenagers and adults with significant behavioral and cognitive disabilities. At Behavioral Dimensions Mike is responsible for training our Behavior Therapists, Associate Parent Support Specialists, and Senior Therapists, working one on one with clients, and providing support to families.

Amy Lundquist, MA
Amy has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since March 2005 and is the Staffing Coordinator and a Senior Therapist. Before coming to BDI Amy worked with adults in a day treatment program at Metropolitan Community Mental Health Center which is also where her practicum was completed for her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Bethel College. Amy works on the east side of the metro area. Amy is responsible for the hiring of staff which includes interviewing and setting up the on-boarding of new staff. Amy also continues to work one on one with children and provides training to the families that she works with.

Traci Enger
Revenue Cycle Management
Traci has worked in the medical billing field for over 30 years across several specialties, and has an extensive background in electronic claims billing and revenue cycle management. She brought this experience to Behavioral Dimensions beginning in 2005, helping successfully navigate BDI through the ever-changing landscape of mental health billing, with a focus on autism benefits, programs and policies. Traci implements and utilizes the latest revenue cycle management procedures and training methods, as well as state-of-the-art technology, to guarantee precise billing, strict client confidentiality and accurate reimbursement. In that capacity, Traci remains focused on overseeing the continued growth of Behavioral Dimensions, as part of a dedicated team providing a much-needed healthcare service to the community she is privileged to serve.

Naly Vang, BA
Naly has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since March 2008 and is a Clinical Supervisor for the East metro. She received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Before coming to Behavioral Dimensions Naly worked with adults with developmental disabilities in group homes for 5 years. At Behavioral Dimensions she provides support to teams of staff and clients. Naly assists with staff training, parent training and works one-on-one with the clients. Currently, Naly is pursuing her certification in Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
