Positions Currently Available

 

Behavior Therapist:

Behavior Therapists are responsible for providing intensive behavioral intervention (IBI) to young children with autism in their homes using the precise scientific application of behavior analysis.  Thorough training is provided.  More Info: Behavior Therapist Wage and Benefit Package

 

Mental Health Behavior Aide (MHBA):

The MHBA position is part time and entails working directly with the client (a child) in the family’s home to practice, repeat, reintroduce, and master skills as previously taught.  Activities may involve working directly with the child individually, in child-peer groupings, and/or in child-family groupings. 


All applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.  Thorough training is provided.  Starting wage for the MHBA position is $10.00/hr. 

Qualifications for a Level I MHBA:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED
    OR
  • Have 2 years of experience as a primary caregiver to a child with severe emotional disturbance within the previous 10 years
    OR
  • Have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree
    OR
  • Have 4,000 hours (about the equivalency of 2 years of FT work) of experience in delivering clinical services in the treatment of mental illness concerning children or adolescents
